Perks... who doesn't love 'em some perks! One of the many perks of being a WCPAA member is participating in the Summer Picnic, which also includes a continuing education class. We grill meats on the big grill at the police range and everyone brings in food for potluck.

After dinner, there is some sort of presentation for our continuing education. We've had presentations about the department's drone: how it works, how well it takes pictures, its range, how the department uses it, etc. We've had visits from the Bearcat, shooting practice and much more.

The summer picnic is a great way that the members can connect and spend time socially, while also expanding on our Citizens Academy knowledge.
